Clients included IDNs, managed care organizations, physician groups, long term care/rehabilitation chains and pharmaceutical firms. · Delivered IT strategy, operations improvement, facilitation and supply chain management consulting services for a major healthcare group purchasing alliance. Clients included member IDNs, hospitals and internal divisions of the alliance. · Developed an Internet Channel Strategy, including business and IT architecture, and benefits realization program for developing new services and revenue, improving internal efficiencies and enhancing customer service for major hospital associations. · Delivered and executed an Internet Channel Strategy, including a B2B marketplace for a $20B healthcare supply chain management company. Provided leadership for the launch of initial marketplace phases - Web site, member/suppliers sign-up and back end ERP connections. · Launched a suite of Internet Channel eBusiness software products that generated new revenue streams and won the prestigious Cisco/Modern Healthcare Award for a major healthcare trade association. · Transformed a demoralized, under performing IT organization into a superior performer with high marks from customers within 18 months.
